1. Eligibility for Returns
Defective or Damaged Items
We accept returns for products that arrive damaged or contain manufacturer defects. If your order was damaged in transit or packaged incorrectly, please contact us right away. To start a return, email orders@greatnorthernpeptides.com within 15 days of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA cannot be processed.
Peptides
Because peptides are delicate and sensitive to handling and temperature, they are generally non-returnable. However, we understand that issues can occur. If you believe your peptide order has a problem, contact us and we’ll review your case individually. Whenever possible, we’ll work with you to find a fair solution.
2. Refund Process
Once your return is approved and the items are received, our team inspects them carefully. After verification, we issue a refund to your original payment method.
Most refunds appear within 7 business days, though this may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Throughout this process, we’ll keep you updated so you know when your refund is complete.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated. We recommend using tracked shipping to ensure your package arrives safely. Please pack all items securely to prevent damage during transit.This helps us maintain product integrity and process your return faster.
